Most of our guests arrive by car. However, due to limited parking spaces, we recommend carpooling. Parking at the hotel and on the hotel grounds will be organized by our team during the convention—please pay attention to all signs and notices in our information channels when arriving and departing.
Paid parking directly at the Ringberg Hotel
This information is not yet final - please note that changes may be made to this page at any time. There is a gated parking lot at the Ringberghotel, which can be used for a fee. Part of this parking lot is reserved for City Hotel commuters with a special parking permit. This parking permit can be requested after registration via our help system - unfortunately, there is no guarantee that a parking permit will be granted, as the number of parking spaces is very limited. A large part of the space is reserved for our motorized vehicles and may not be used without a corresponding ticket. The motorized vehicles parking spaces are usually numbered and allocated. The disabled parking spaces are available to everyone during the convention. However, please note the reserved parking spaces for hotel management. Parking at the electric charging stations is only permitted for electric or hybrid vehicles during the charging process.
Free parking on the Ringberg
A large parking lot for all convention guests is located one minute's walk from the Ringberg Hotel. During EAST, our team will mark lines on the lot that must be observed. Parking outside the lines in lanes or on restricted areas is not permitted. Camping with camper vans or motorhomes is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
